One-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments feature modern interiors, full kitchens with dishwashers, washing machines, and plasma-screen TVs. Ground-floor units have private patios; upper apartments offer private balconies with views of Table Bay Harbour, Waterfront, or Robben Island. All apartments have power backup so Wi-Fi and lights stay on during load shedding. A cleaning service is provided every other day (except Sundays).

Manager Lutfiya and her team are praised for their attentiveness and helpfulness. Services include invoicing, fire extinguishers, security alarms, CCTV outside, and designated smoking areas. Free private parking with garage access is available. Shuttle service can be arranged. Guests receive assistance with late arrivals and special requests like cots for babies.
